Lisa came to Spokane in 2003 and is in private practice, specializing in Sports and Spine medicine. Her undergraduate training is in Psycholgy at Loyola University Chicago, and her medical school training was at Northwestern University in Chicago, followed by residency training in Physiatry at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Over the past 15 years, Lisa has provided medical coverage at many running and endurance events. More recently, she was the Badwater Medical Director from 2003 through 2010, heading up a team of 8-10 medical professionals for the Badwater Ultramarathon held in Death Valley in July.
